It's only in 1957, that Paul Roch Sabaton decided to redirect his chestnut company's focus toward providing pastry chefs and restaurateurs. Following this switch, in 2014, Sabaton achieved PDO recognition for the Chestnut of Ardèche, signifying its high-quality status at the European level.

 

Freshly harvested in October, chestnuts are the key ingredient in delightful creations, especially the beloved chestnut cream. Throughout its history, Sabaton has upheld values of excellence, quality, and respect for three generations."
