Ingredients: Concentrated lemon 95.97%, Citric acid, Lemon essential oil. Our concentrated preparations are meticulously crafted through a rigorous fruit selection process by our dedicated producers. Only fully ripe fruits are chosen, ensuring optimal flavor. After careful selection, the fruits are finely sieved and subjected to a low-temperature concentration process at our Boiron Valence plant in France. To enhance the aromatic harmony between fruit pulp and zest, essential oils are added. The resulting concentrated purees boast rich aromas and a high dry matter content, allowing them to bring out the natural taste of fruit without the need for added sugar or water.
