Easy to store, easy to pour. Pouch contains 47 egg yolks and 5% salt. 

 

Ideal for: aioli, mayonnaise, hollandaise sauce, pasta and batters. 

 

Instructions: Transfer to the chiller at 4°C, keep refrigerated at 4°C and use within 7 days. Once opened, use within 3 days and keep refrigerated when not in use. Shake well before every use.
