About the role
The successful applicant will be in charge of the following missions:
- Answer a high volume of calls from customers and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards
- Communicate with customers and advise them in a professional and friendly manner
- Carry-out varied commercial tasks
- Work within a team to provide exceptional customer service
- Process orders on Dear inventory system
Skills and experience:
- Experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Excel and computer literate
- Strong commercial sense and skills
- Problem solver
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organized
- Strong communication, oral and written skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- passion for fine foods is a bonus
The MUST:
- Permanent resident or valid work visa required
Bilingual English/French is a must
Immediate start.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
