About the role

The successful applicant will be in charge of the following missions:

  • Answer a high volume of calls from customers and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards
  • Communicate with customers and advise them in a professional and friendly manner
  • Carry-out varied commercial tasks
  • Work within a team to provide exceptional customer service
  • Process orders on Dear inventory system

 

Skills and experience:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Excel and computer literate
  • Strong commercial sense and skills
  • Problem solver
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Highly organized
  • Strong communication, oral and written skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • passion for fine foods is a bonus

 

The MUST:

  • Permanent resident or valid work visa required
  • Bilingual English/French is a must

     

Immediate start.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
